OpenWrt 24.10.5 and 25.12.0-rc1 release soon

All,

I haven’t checked (so I ask this question with trepidation...) 

- Is the SQM LuCI included by default in 25.12?
- Is the Attended Sysupgrade LuCI package included by default in 25.12?

I think these are the two most important “new” features of OpenWrt, and should be available to all newcomers without folderol.
