Hello Hauke,

sysupgrade -u is currently broken on apk installations, so this should
ideally be fixed before the rc1 release.

There is a proposed fix titled "base-files: sysupgrade: -u option was
broken with apk" included in this PR:
https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/pull/17847.
The commits in that PR are independent of each other, so the fix can
be picked individually if needed.
