No.
But there is no news in your bug. WPA3 on WRT3200ACM is known to fail.

One of the main reasons is the broken 802.11w (PMF) support.

And the development of the mwlwifi driver and the closed-source firmware blob has been stopped by the manufacturer, so there is not much hope of improvement...
