Coordination between OpenWrt projects (main, luci, packages, ...)

Hi,

I think we need some process on how to coordinate between the projects 
(main, luci, packages, routing, ...). I do not even know how to contact 
the people from luci or the package feed.

Currently we have multiple security reports for these repositories, they 
are all on github.

We also have the topic of adding new people with write access to the 
repositories. Sometimes I am getting contacted with the ask to add 
someone else to the github team. For me it is unclear how it is decided 
that someone should get added.

Are the people maintaining the luci, packages and routing feed on this 
mailing list and is this the correct way to contact you?
