Hey OpenWrt-adm

Freifunk Chemnitz has a build server vm which could handle more load. 
So we'd like to provide these ressources for the OpenWrt buildbot
"cluster".

specs:
* 10 cores Intel Skylake
* 32 GiB memory
* ~200 GiB storage space (btrfs with compress-force=zstd:1)
* docker already installed
* incomming connections forbidden; outgoing connections allowed

Personally I would split that as 3 buildbot slaves with 3 cores & 10
GiB memory each.
