[RFC] Wiki hosting offer

Hi Fernando,

right now we don't have much server instances to spare, I hope I can
free up some resources on our primary download machine once I migrated
buildbot jobs there away to the new machines sponsored by Dave Täht...

The thing is that I am unsure about is whether we really want to host
the wiki ourselves - maintaining anti spam measures and the like can
become quite tedious and time consuming over time...
