[OpenWrt-Devel] octeon: Remove support for kernel 4.14 and 4.19

After having proven that I'm stupid, just ignore the subject, and care about the rest:

I want to remove 4.14 and 4.19 for KIRKWOOD.

Sorry. Everything except the subject should be fine ...
