Maybe you missed that but it doesn't seem to be a simple topic.

I don't even know how to deal with this voting. While formally it may
be fine it seems *to me* that it wasn't even clear what are we voting
about in a big picture.

Trying to cut discussion and just push it forward sounds wrong to me.
Are we really not supposed to discuss this?!

I think there are many aspects to discuss and consider.
