I had thought about using the wiki for this first-draft, but I worried that it was "too durable" and that anything that appeared there would seem to be "cast in stone".

I really wanted to get some discussion going here on the list for the amounts we should allocate/plan for:

- Current infrastructure
- Additional infrastructure
- Annual Conference
- Travel budget
- Paying the logo designer
- Purchasing an initial order of t-shirts, etc.
- And anything else.

I threw out my own Scientific Wild Ass Guesses for the amounts in that spreadsheet. Others are free to chime in with better numbers, or additional expenses.

Once we have agreement on how we'd spend the money, we can work on a plan for raising it...

Thanks.

Rich

OpenWrt paid for the venue, attendees paid for their lodging and meals. I would guess that it cost 3 000 € for that conference. (Others - please correct my guesstimate)
