Please consider looking into this PR, doing exactly this for GitHub pull 
requests.

I'm currently building the same in via a GitLab CI (much slower free 
workers currently) with Patchwork integration, so it's not about merging 
the PR but determine required features/tests.

The patchset is already prepared and merged. Only the buildbot 
activation is missing.
