I'd suggest for a survey or some other information about popularity.
It sounds useless at this stage to cover architectures that weigh less
than 5% to 10%.

I vote against codenames as it's just cosmetic, fancy and basically a
loss of time.
YYYY.MM.mm is just ok. Even YY.MM.mm can be OK at least for the next 80+ years.
