Next OpenWrt minor releases (25.12.6 and 24.10.9)

Hi,

I am planning to tag 25.12.6 and 24.10.9 soon.

I plan to update the Linux kernel and mac80211 on 25.12 branch before 
tagging. Tagging of 25.12.6 will probably happen in about 2 weeks.

24.10.9 will probably get tagged 2 weeks alter. 24.10.9 will be the 
final release. 24.10.9 might not contain all security fixes we have in 
the 25.12 branch. I consider it EoL already now.

If you want an special changes in please create a PR for the release.
