Review wanted: mvebu: fix IGMP on Turris Omnia by disabling switch port 6 - #24582

Hi all,

I have a PR pending for over a month. I haven't received any feedback
outside of the Claude bot. This is my attempt to get a human review and
get a fix in that was had already been pioneered in the forums.

It disables switch port 6 on Turris Omnia to get IGMP working again.
IGMP broke in Linux kernel 5.15.86 by the introduction of port 6 in the
device tree. It is a one line fix that I tested with multiple OpenWRT
versions now.
