Review and merge request for PR #24790 (mpc85xx: WatchGuard Firebox T30

Hi everyone,

I would like to kindly request a review and merge for PR #24790
(mpc85xx target).

The PR adds support for the WatchGuard Firebox T30/T30-W. It has been
open and ready for several weeks. All CI workflows, bots, and
formality checks are perfectly green (20 successful checks), and the
branch history is clean.

Since the original reviewers seem to be unavailable, could an
available maintainer with write access to mpc85xx please take a look
and merge it when time permits?
