AI usage guidelines across OpenWrt

Hi OpenWrt community,

I think we should establish some common guidelines for AI use across
the OpenWrt organisation.

AI-assisted contributions are fine, but comments and code reviews
should be written and verified by humans who understand and take
responsibility for them. AI-generated walls of text make discussions
harder to follow and discourage maintainers from participating.

Lately, I've also noticed this trend among OpenWrt core members, so I
think it's time to discuss it. This came up in the discussion here:
https://github.com/openwrt/packages/pull/30782

Could we adopt a consistent policy across all OpenWrt repositories?
