[PATCH 0/2] filogic: add Tenbay WR3000K (OpenWrt U-Boot layout) variant

This series adds an "OpenWrt U-Boot layout" (ubootmod) variant of the
Tenbay WR3000K, alongside the existing stock-layout device, following
the same pattern as the Xiaomi Mi Router AX3000T.

Patch 1 adds a U-Boot 2025.10 build for the board (MT7981, SPI-NAND,
DDR3). The environment and the boot menu are kept in redundant
ubootenv/ubootenv2 UBI volumes; the preloader is the shared
trusted-firmware-a-mt7981-spim-nand-ddr3.

Patch 2 splits the existing board DTS into a shared dtsi and adds the
ubootmod variant: BL2, u-boot-env, Factory (Wi-Fi caldata + MAC) and
FIP keep the stock offsets, while everything from 0x580000 up to the
end of the flash becomes a single 0x7a80000 ubi partition holding the
fit, recovery, rootfs_data and environment volumes. NMBM is dropped,
as on the other ubootmod devices, and the board is hooked into
platform.sh (fit_do_upgrade/fit_check_image) and 02_network.

Hardware: MediaTek MT7981B, 256 MB DDR3, 128 MiB SPI-NAND, MT7531
switch, dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with caldata in the Factory partition.

Installation from a running stock-layout OpenWrt: write the preloader
and FIP artifacts to the BL2/FIP partitions (these are read-only in
DTS, so kmod-mtd-rw is needed, same as on the AX3000T), then let the
new U-Boot fetch the initramfs-recovery image over TFTP and sysupgrade
to the regular image.

Tested on hardware: full install from the stock layout, sysupgrade,
both radios with Factory caldata, TFTP recovery boot. A full UART boot
log is available on request.
