I, myself never have been near this hardware but the users on nas-forum[1] seem
to be still active, also in IB-4220 section. Also the database[2] seem to have
the files You are looking for, tough it needs registration to download, so I can't
confirm if that's it.

Aside from that, the Internet Archive [3] seem to have the sources for the device
cached (the "Sources" tab), so maybe after finding appropriate toolchain You can
build it yourself.
