luci-app-fwlive: add firewall live view (GitHub PR)

Hi,

I've opened a pull request to add luci-app-fwlive (Firewall Live View)
to openwrt/luci. It is a Status menu view that polls firewall-only log
lines via a dedicated rpcd plugin (sessions do not get ubus log.read).
WAN zone logging is opt-in from the UI and restored on uninstall.

Out-of-tree development / signed binary feed (for non-snapshot users):

License is Apache-2.0. First commit ships po/templates only (Weblate
after merge). FormalityCheck is green.

Could someone familiar with LuCI apps take a look when they have a
moment? Critique welcome.
