But unless you add support for the device yourself (once the pr above is merged) or a developer already owns the device by chance it cannot be added magically. Device support has to be verified and tested somehow.
OpenWrt is a community project which means work is done voluntary and not every router out there can be added just like that. It takes work and time.
If you are willing to ship your device to a developer and offer to pay them for adding support you might find someone willing to help you out on the forums
