Package with combined user-space and kmod components (subpackages)

Hi,

I’m moving a Meinberg PCIe GPS/GNSS card from one of my KVM hosts directly to an OpenWRT router instead.

I’ll need to package their git repository to build for OpenWRT.

What’s a good example of an existing package that builds both utilities and kernel modules that I could use as a template?
