At this point, tl-wr941nd v2/ v3 support can probably just as well be
dropped. It's a 4/32 device, it's impossible (at least not reasonable)
to fit OpenWrt into its 4 MB (minus 192 KB for u-boot and ART) flash
anymore. I tried last February and disposed my tl-wr941nd v3 afterwards
(so I can no longer test it), as it was no longer reasonably feasible.

At least the effort to (re-)add those three config symbols would be much
easier than shaving off another 800 KB (or ~950-1000 KB with kernel
v6.6 now) from that already below-minimal image.
