Hi Hauke,

In case you hadn't seen it, none of the GNU coreutils-* were built
for 32-bit powerpc platforms: powerpc_464fp and powerpc_8548.  This
causes the docker imagebuilder container smoke test to fail, as it
uses "PACKAGES=coreutils-echo" as its test case.

This appears to be the case for both 25.12 and snapshot, hadn't noticed
on snapshot until I just looked in
