25.12 packages buildbot - truecz-dock-01 fails all its builds

Indeed, too many changes during 25.12 buildbot preparation and stabilization.
That server just got removed and replaced:

  inventories: prod: replace truecz-01 with subnetica-01

  Replace the very old box(37EUR/month) with something more decent from
  Hetzner server auction (80EUR/month):

    AMD EPYC 7502P, 1x SSD SATA 1,92 TB Datacenter, 4x RAM 32768 MB DDR4 ECC reg.

  For the start, lets partition it to 4 workers, each having 16 threads and
  28G memory limit and lets see how it performs.

Cleaned up those stale entries.
