A handful of my 'owut' users are moving to 24.10, they mostly tend to be early adopters and experimentalists so that's not surprising.  If you were to create a post in the Announcements section of the forum, "24.10: pre-release testing" or something like that, I could steer them to that thread for targeted testing of 24.10-SNAPSHOT and feedback...
