OpenWrt 24.10 plans (rebase on top of main and tag?)

I want to argue against changing the release tag to 24.11.  We already have hundreds of references to "24.10" in code, repo and forum posts and changing it now will only cause more confusion.  Stick with what we have and we won't have to add a handful of superfluous commits merely changing '0' to '1'.
