Hi Mark,
there has been lots of testing and planning happening in the background.
Right now we are in the final steps of preparing the mass production
process. Once that has been completed, the next batch of 50 DVT samples
will be produced, hopefully within the next week or two.
DVT samples are essentially the test production run prior to starting
the actual mass production. This means that the units will be delivered
using the final PCB version, fully assembled in the case, have a valid
MAC and calibration data. Regarding the MAC, we did manage to register
an OUI block for the project. (20-05-B6 OpenWrt) Work on getting a
FCC-ID and passing CE/RoHS is also underway.
I have attached two pictures of the final case design these should
arrive with the ODM this week.
