Buildbots missing for ipq60xx?

I was taking a look at the ipq60xx target, and noticed that none of it's devices are available on the firmware selector. I saw on https://buildbot.openwrt.org/images/#/builders that the target doesn't have a builder, is this the reason why the devices are missing? With the upcoming branching of 24.x, it would be good to have that configured so it at least gets built as part of the next release.
