as 20.12 branching didn't happened I would like to get this in now and I would
like to get `Tested-by` for the affected devices/targets. To make the testing
easier, I've prepared prebuilt images for a bunch of affected targets for
download[1]:

 * ath79/generic
 * ath79/tiny
 * ramips/mt7620
 * ramips/mt7621
 * realtek/generic
