Best VSDL modem-router to target?

Hi,

I live in a small unit, so the usual advice to have a separate VDSL modem, router and ATA isn't great space wise.

Is there an all-in-one VDSL modem + router + ATA that would be worth targeting?

I am happy to purchase a spare one for anyone on the mailing list and I'm a software engineer who has done minor kernel fixes.
