There we go ..  final reply from Mikrotik:


This device is very old. For very short time in 2010 MikroTik used one of following alternatives
*) HY27UT084G2A;
*) NAND04GW3B2DN6E;
*) HY27UF084G2B;
*) K9F4G08U0B-PIB0000.

but now in previous email mentioned chips are in use.
W29N04GVSIAA;
MT29F4G08ABADAWPD.



I'll push the patch, but only to 18.06 as upgrading within a stable 
branch should not brick a device.
If people really want it in master to use the latest state, they can add 
the patch locally and take full responsibility for the risk involved.
