Ah, that's what 
"[OpenWrt-Devel,2/4] ath10k-firmware: update board-2.bin for community firmwares"
should be doing, as it updates it to 2018-10-18, right?

(But I just noticed that the PKG_MIRROR_HASH wasn't updated in 2/4...
