after this commit:

hostapd: fix conflicts hell

hostapd fails to compile with this error message:

ccp: '/home/xyz/src/openwrt/LEDE/carambola/staging_dir/target-mipsel_24kc_musl/pkginfo/hostapd.provides' and
'/home/xyz/src/openwrt/LEDE/carambola/staging_dir/target-mipsel_24kc_musl/pkginfo/hostapd.provides' are the same file
