Runtime tested on mips/ar71xx and mipsel/brcm47xx

Fixes since 1.24.1:
* scripts/trylink: fix static build with glibc again
* truncate: always set mode when opening file to avoid fortify errors
* [g]unzip: fix recent breakage.
* unzip: test for bad archive SEGVing
