There is also developerboard though no relevant definition is there in
include/target.mk for it, and target realview, arm64 and malta are of
this type.  I always set DEVICE_TYPE:=router for malta build in my
local environment.  If I remember correctly, the default build misses
even iptables and is almost useless for me.
