[OpenWrt-Devel] [PATCH procd 1/8] Fix procd not handling rapid reboot signals very well

When keeping ctrl-alt-del pressed, or when running;
while true; do
    /sbin/reboot
done
effectively the procd shutdown cycle gets into an undefined state,
