If we could catalogue all known AR231x devices, we could have a
reference to see whether any might use regulators, SPI, or I2C. If we
find none, we'll just need to build a separate image for each device
that will each have its own board ID to refer to, which can sort out the
GPIO differences and tell the watchdog driver which protocol to use.
