[OpenWrt-Devel] make error: overriding commands for target XXX

I've created a package for OpenWrt that downloads five separate

I've defined Download/* actions for each of these files. Everything
is working fine, but I get a strange error:

  make[1]: Entering directory `/home/a/wa/tracking-backfire'
  make[2]: Entering directory `/home/a/wa/tracking-backfire/feeds/qipackages/lojban-wordlists'
Makefile:115: warning: overriding commands for target `/home/a/wa/tracking-backfire/dl/rafsi.txt'
Makefile:115: warning: ignoring old commands for target `/home/a/wa/tracking-backfire/dl/rafsi.txt'
  touch /home/a/wa/tracking-backfire/build_dir/target-mipsel_uClibc-0.9.32/lojban-wordlists-20050628/.prepared_96a68811d2394e3eb854a811b9070ae9
  touch /home/a/wa/tracking-backfire/build_dir/target-mipsel_uClibc-0.9.32/lojban-wordlists-20050628/.configured_

rafsi.txt is one of the files I'm downloading. I can't tell what is
different about this file and the other four files I'm downloading,
the Makefile (linked above) doesn't provide any clues as to why I
get a warning about that file but none of the others.

Does anyone have a hint as to what may be going on? The package
builds fine, but I'd like to remove the warning if I can.
