[FS#3713] No way for disable IPv6

Details - 1. I unmark checkbox in Network->Interfaces->Devices on all possible devices
2. I set "disabled" for DHCPv6-Service on all possible interfaces

But LAN clients still obtain IPv6 address by DHCP (fe80:*).
