OpenWrt 19.07.7 r11306-c4a6851c72 / LuCI openwrt-19.07 branch git-21.044.30835-34e0d65

Hardware is initialized using a generic method

 - Steps to reproduce

alsactl init
alsactl restore ...
start mpd
play song

in addition to the sound there is a choppy buzz.  Workaround is to repeat the above.

Setup was fine before upgrade from (19.07.5)
