Details - AVM Repeater 1200 does not boot with self compiled trunk and precompiled 20.02-rc3/rc2 images
But works fine with precompiled 19.07

Reproduce: https://openwrt.org/toh/avm/avm_fritz_repeater_1200#installation

 - Step 6 works, i can see it reads FRITZ1200.bin from tftp
 - Step 7 failes (except for 19.07)

In case it is a regression, it could also be ratled for avm 4040 + 3000 + 4th supported IPQ device i forgot
