After updating to the new :
hostapd-common - 2020-06-08-5a8b3662-38
wpad-basic-wolfssl - 2020-06-08-5a8b3662-38

Wifi does not come up the following - the following is from the syslog:

I tried with the full wpad, still had the same issue as above.

Reverted to the stock installed packages and resolved the issue.
