Details - I have a BT Humehub 5A with a Huawei E3372 dongle, used purely for a backup for my VDSL connection, so only tested every few months, I noticed with 19.07.03 it wasn't working, so I upgraded to 19.07.04 and it's still not working.

It seems to initially "see" the dongle, then fail to talk to it
