Details - After an "Object not found" ubus response the server returns a 0 length response.

I've tested applying the following commit and it seems to fix the issue 'backport client: fix spurious keepalive connection timeouts' https://git.openwrt.org/?p=project/uhttpd.git;a=commitdiff;h=0f38b0370718518e66dabeaa5522f546cb459393
Please consider backporting this fix into 19.07
