Added openwrt-ai github account

Hi Paul,

I would like to add the bot to the luci repo as well.

Triggering it by tag is not working so well, we can trigger it only 15 
times per day. I would do it in a similar way than it is done in OpenWrt 
main repo and run it twice per day on all PRs which changed since the 
last review.

I created this PR and configured the system in the back to work:
