OpenWrt infra meeting on July 14 (Was: Creating an infrastructure working group)

Hi,

Following Ted's good advice, we will be holding a virtual OpenWrt infra meeting:

- date: July 14

- time: 14:30 to 15:30 UTC

All active project members are welcome to join.  Meeting notes will be published.

Here is a detailed agenda:

- share an overview of the current infra so that we all have the same understanding

- identify current costs, available budget, infra providers

- work out a plan for the obsolete or unmaintained parts of the infra

- identify services that are not managed by the core infra group
  (i.e. outside of Ansible)

- discuss setting up a monitoring system

- discuss the disk space issue on the download server

- make sure everybody is OK with Paul and me officially becoming admins

- start discussing the group dynamic (meeting frequency, who should
  attend, communication channels, any incoming or outgoing members...).
  I realize now that it may take time before we can have a proper vote
  to clarify our processes.
