OpenWrt infra meeting on July 14 (Was: Creating an infrastructure working group)

Next meeting will be on August 26.

We started a Signal group for operational work on the infra.  Important
discussion and decisions will still happen on openwrt-adm mailing list
(see meeting notes for details).
