Indeed, where did I get that?  I've had it in my notes for a while,
since the odhcpd rework started and I was looking at DUID-* variants,
but I have no idea how I came up with that number.  It's clear from
scanning the registry that OpenWrt does NOT have a PEN, sorry for the
noise.

Looks like registration is free, so maybe OpenWrt should get one in
case anyone wants to do SNMP extensions or whatever (thinking about
possible use by the the Home Assistant integrations that are getting
a lot of attention these days).
