how to document infra changes: Remove deprecated dns entries wiki-01

Hi,

I've removed 2 DNS entries which seemed to be stale/old.

Should we start or is there a markdown file or simple blog where we document small changes on
the infrastructure?

IMHO posting everything to the openwrt-adm is too much for the list.
