[VOTE] commit access for Rui Salvaterra

Hi Rui,
Hi everyone,


more than a month has passed since the call to vote up to now 20
out of 35 project members have participated.

18 voted in favor of granting commit access to Rui (option A)
2 voted neutral
nobody voted for the options B or C

Sadly that's only a 57% participation rate.

However, as by now 51% of all project members have voted in favor,
further votes can no longer change the result and we can officially
welcome Rui as a project member!
