Switch to or add whitequark.org as IRC logger

Hi,

following up on what stintel suggested at #openwrt-adm, I'd like to
switch to or add whitequark[0] as IRC logger for #openwrt-devel,
optionally #opnwrt-adm as well.

The current logger keeps missing messages and lacks the ability to link
to specific times.

If there is no objection I'll talk to the admin of whitequark and manage
an import of current logs. Somebody with OP would have to (based on
freenode policy) add whitequark to the channel topic.

Please share objections.
